Halstad Lions Club Changing things up for Sugar Fest Parade 

The Annual Halstad Sugar Fest is set to kick off on Saturday, and a staple of the celebration over the years has been their parade. Michael Bare of the Halstad Lions Club gives us the rundown of this year’s parade.

However Bare says the Lions Club is teaming up with American Crystal Sugar to do something different for this year’s parade.
