Project Linus Saturday

You can help make blankets for young people Saturday in Gary.  Kay Oakland with the Norman/Mahnomen Counties Chapter of Project Linus, tells us about Saturday’s event.

Oakland says the blankets will be donated to local hospitals, social services and other agencies that serve children.  Volunteers are asked to bring a scissors to use and any fabrics you bring should be of new, machine-washable material.  Saturday’s Make A Blanket Day runs from 9am to 3pm at the Good News Fellowship Church in Gary.  For more information, call 218-356-8718.
