Halloween Safety Reminders 

Halloween is today, and the streets across the region will be filled with kids walking around and participating in trick or treating. Fosston Police Chief Phil Juve shares some safety reminders so that everyone can have a safe Halloween. 

Juve also reminds parents to inspect their child’s treat bag in case there’s something that shouldn’t be there.
