Ulen-Hitterdal To Add E-sports Club
ULEN, MN—At Wednesday’s Ulen-Hitterdal School Board meeting, the Board voted to create an e-sports club. Ulen-Hitterdal Superintendent Dustin Flaten says an e-sports team is something that’s been bandied about for a while.
Flaten points out there are positive side effects with any extracurricular activity.
Also at Wednesday’s meeting, the Ulen-Hitterdal School Board accepted the resignations of varsity volleyball coach Tammy Lindell and junior high volleyball coach Stacy Klemetson. And the cost of behind the wheel driver’s education was raised from $225 to $250 for Ulen-Hitterdal students and to $300 for a student not enrolled in the Ulen-Hitterdal district.
