Bismarck vs Shanley – North Dakota State Class A Volleyball Tournament

FARGO, ND – Shanley is making their way back to the North Dakota State Class A volleyball semifinals for the third time in four years following a 4 set win (25-22, 25-21, 15-25, 25-19) over Bismarck High.

Katelyn Ommen paced the Deacons with 16 kills and 23 digs while teammate Ella Stimpson had 38 assists and 9 digs.

The Deacons will face their EDC rival in West Fargo Sheyenne in the semifinals at 1 p.m. on Friday from the Fargodome. Sheyenne beat Shanley in the Class A championship last season.

Jordyn Rood had 9 kills and Aspen Roaldson added 30 assists and 10 digs for Bismarck High as the Demons will play Jamestown in the consolation semifinals at 5 p.m. on Friday.
