Gary City Council Meets 

The Gary City Council had a lengthy public forum about their Wellness Center at the City Council meeting last Thursday. Gary Mayor Buck Engen says discussions were great, and he recaps what was talked about. 

The site of the old Norman County East Elementary School has also been a topic of focus over the last few years, as the City is trying to demo what’s left of the school addition, and Engen tells us the latest on that. 

Other agenda items from the meeting included reorganization, and the re-swearing in of council members who were re-elected in November.
