Halstad City Council Meeting

HALSTAD, MN—The Halstad City Council held its first meeting of 2025 on Monday.  Only three of the five Council members were present, so no action was taken on a couple of matters.  Halstad Mayor Darin Johnson says one of them is a proposal to put up video cameras in town.
