A three-point barrage in the first half allowed the Ada-Borup-West Cougars to build an  early lead and helped carry their way to the 79-67 victory over the Norman county East/Ulen-Hitterdal Titans. The Cougars made seven three-pointers in the first half while their defense did not allow the Titans to find the clean looks then needed to match the Cougar scoring pace. The Titans were able to cut the deficient to 10 with a run to start the second half, but playing with a depleted bench the Titans were unable to sustain the pace as the Cougars eventually retook control of the momentum.
