MPCA Commissioner Talks Permitting Reform 

Earlier this month Minnesota Governor Tim Walz highlighted the need for permitting reform in his budget proposal, as something that needs to be addressed in St Paul this year during the legislative session. Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Administrator Katrina Kessler tells us more about their goals with permitting reform in 2025. 

Commissioner Kessler also breaks down the different ways the governor’s budget would help with permitting reform.
