Kimball grabbed a run in the 2nd without a hit, then took advantage of three walks in a 3-run third to grab a 4-3 advantage. Brandon Henkemeyer tied the game with a 2-out, 2-run single. Kimball added another run in the fifth without the benefit of a hit to lead 5-3.
In the bottom of the fifth, Pillager’s senior catcher Kaden Imdieke led off with a double that sparked the Huskies’ offense as they tied the game at five.
