Driver In Fatal I-94 Crash Identified

Here’s an update to a story R&J News has been following.  The driver who led law enforcement on a fatal chase in Otter Tail County Monday night has been identified.  The Minnesota State Patrol says 32-year-old Jessica Sarah Vaux of St. Francis was fleeing officers after a traffic stop on I-94 near Fergus Falls when she rear-ended a semi.  Vaux was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of the semi, 26-year-old Yasin Ali of St. Cloud, was not injured.
