Hillsboro Speech Team “Best Ever” At State

HILLSBORO, ND—The Hillsboro High School speech team sent five speakers to the recent North Dakota Class B State Speech competition in Mandan.  Hillsboro speech advisor Rachel Fenner was pleased with the team’s performance.

Fenner says there was a good turnout for this year’s Hillsboro speech team.

Fenner says she’s proud of all the students, their parents and the Hillsboro community for their support.
