Mayville native opens new Italian American restaurant in West Fargo

The Lights in West Fargo has received a new attraction, this time in the form of Ziti’s, an Italian American family restaurant run by partners Pat Lipsiea and Gabby Metzger. Lipsiea has been in the restaurant and hospitality industry for years, with family connections to a Mayville favorite.

Lipsiea and Metzger dreamed of opening a restaurant together for years and when opportunity knocked, they took the chance.

When you walk inside Ziti’s for the first time, you’re bound to notice the hundreds of pictures on the walls, each one providing a unique story and an homage to both Lipsiea’s and Metzger’s North Dakota heritage.

From the pictures on the wall, to the items on the menu, Lipsiea wants to share his passion of Italian cuisine with each customer that walks through Ziti’s doors. He attributes that passion to his roots and experience in the industry.

Ziti’s has completed 5 services between their soft opening days and their official opening on July 1st. Both reservations and walk-ins are accepted.
