The Fosston Greyhounds evened their overall record at 5-5 with a 3-0 win at Stephen-Argyle on Tuesday night. Ava Hayes led the Greyhound attack with 13 kills with Brielle Duppong adding 9 kills and Alexis Illies 7 kills for Fosston. Miley Hove had 13 service points and 3 aces for Fosston. Emily Marquis led Stephen-Argyle with 8 kills as the Storm fall to 3-6 overall. Both teams were coming off appearances at the Ruth Hayden Tournament of Roses in Ada this past Saturday. The Greyhounds had 10 service aces as a team while the Storm had 4 aces at the service line. The Greyhounds will return to action on Thursday, September 11th when they host the Ada-Borup-Cougars (96.7 FM). The Storm will also play their next match on Thursday, September 11th when they host the Northern Freeze. Fosston won both the “B” and “C” Squad matches 2-0 over Stephen-Argyle.
