Hillsboro students adjusting well to new cell phone ban
Over the summer, the State of North Dakota approved a measure that banned all student cell phone usage in schools statewide. While many praised the measure, many questioned how effective the ban would be. Hillsboro High School Principal Carly Theis says students have adjusted to the new rule well, and they’ve had no issues.
As for other expectations heading into the year, Theis says her students have crushed it, and have started the year off strong.
