HEDC puts $150,000 toward Riverwalk development

The Hillsboro Economic Development Corporation has invested $150,000 into drawing home builders to the Riverwalk area in Hillsboro. Dustin Nagel from the HEDC fills us in on the grant program and incentives for home builders to come to Riverwalk.

Nagel adds why developing the Riverwalk area is so important to not just the HEDC, but everyone in Hillsboro.

In addition to the $25,000 grant, home builders also have a closing credit incentive available to them as well.
