Gary City Council Meets 

The Gary City Council addressed a number of different needs at their meeting last week. Gary Mayor Buck Engen says one of the needs was for their new lift station, as they have been dealing with some problems. 

Engen says the city recently had a meeting with a survey crew, as they are now looking to sell the site of the old Norman County East Elementary School. 

Engen says the council also approved a number of different items including  the approval of a tax levy for 2026. 

The Gary City Council will meet next on Wednesday, October 8.
