Fair Meadow Nursing Home Update

FERTILE, MN—There’s still a “Help Wanted” sign for an administrator at the Fair Meadow Nursing Home in Fertile.  Fertile Mayor Brian Nephew updates us on the search for a new administrator.

The City of Fertile owns Fair Meadow Nursing Home.

Meanwhile, at Monday night’s Fertile City Council meeting, the Council voted to amend a city ordinance that defines “restaurant”, in order to allow The Other Place to sell liquor on Sundays.

Nephew says now that the City has a new attorney in place, City Council meetings in Fertile will return to being scheduled for the second Monday of each month.  So the next Fertile City Council meeting will be Monday, November 10.
