Herberg Dairy construction to continue despite lawsuit from DRC 

Last month, it was announced that the Dakota Resource Council (DRC) had filed a lawsuit against Riverview Dairy challenging the permit that the ND Department of Environmental Quality issued for their new Herberg Dairy operation near Hillsboro. This has caused many questions about how this will affect the construction of the operation. Jim Murphy of Traill County EDC tells us more. 

Herberg Dairy will be a  25,000 cow milking operation located southeast of Hillsboro.
