Cattle Market Update 

It’s been a couple weeks since President Trump made his  infamous Truth Social post about the potential purchase of Argentinian Beef, and the cattle industry is still seeing its effects. Terrain Senior Animal Protein Analyst Don Close says the fundamentals in the cattle market haven’t changed, but there has been a major effect on producer confidence. 

While on the topic of Argentinian beef, Close also spoke on the potential impact that deals with countries like Argentina and Brazil could have on the American markets, and prices at the grocery store. 

While all this stuff is going on, Close says it’s important to remember that demand for beef continues to be robust.
