FARGO, ND – Oak Grove held Maple River without a field goal for the first 6 minutes and 24 seconds of the contest and never trailed in their 62-54 win over Thursday night.

Harper Brunsvold scored19 points off the bench and Sophie Geiger added19 points with 3 three-pointers for Oak Grove. The Grovers (1-0 overall) head to May-Port CG for their next game on Tuesday. 

Violet Richman finished with 19 points and Sophia Satrom added 6 points and 9 rebounds for Maple River. The Raiders (1-1 overall) play Enderlin the Barnes County Tournament on Tuesday at Valley City State University at 7:30 p.m. on yourliveevent.com.
