Fertile Council Hires Fair Meadow Nursing Home Administrator

FERTILE, MN—The Fertile City Council hired an administrator for Fair Meadow Nursing Home at a special Council meeting Monday night.  Fertile Mayor Brian Nephew tells R&J News four candidates were interviewed for the position and two finalists were then chosen.  Nephew tells us about the Council’s choice.

Nephew says the Council made a corresponding move about Fair Meadow’s temporary administrator.

Fair Meadow Nursing Home had been without a permanent administrator since June 2023, when Angie Leiting resigned under pressure from the City Council.  It’s expected Beito will begin her new job on January 5.
