Hillsboro Business Association’s Winter Wonderland celebration kicks off tomorrow

The Hillsboro Business Association’s (HBA) Winter Wonderland celebration kicks off tomorrow, and the HBA has two full days of winter fun planned. Tiffany Fndlay of the HBA gives us a look into Friday’s festivities. 

Winter Wonderland continues into Saturday, and Findlay gives us a sneak peak into their plans for Saturday.
