Oklee, MN — The Red Lake County Central Mustangs won their seventh game in a row to begin the season by beating the Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears 91-29 on Tuesday night. 7-0 is the best start to a season for RLCC since 2019. That team won 13 of their first 14 games.

RLCC used three large scoring runs in the first half to lead 51-18 at half and stay in control to win 91-29. RLCC will take their undefeated mark into a game on Thursday when they travel to Warren-Alvarado-Oslo. Clearbrook-Gonvick drops their third in a row falling to 1-5 on the season and will be at Bagley on Thursday.
