Ada City Plows will be heading out at 4am on Friday morning and will start with the hospital road and business district and head towards residential neighborhoods after. Please help by removing vehicles and trailers from the street. We appreciate your cooperation.
The Mahnomen elementary winter music programs have been rescheduled to Monday, December 22nd!
The Red Lake Falls Lafayette High School 7th-12th Grade Band and Choir Winter Concert has been rescheduled for SUNDAY, DEC. 21 @ 7:00 PM.

Ada-Borup-West Schools the 4th and 5th grade Elementary Christmas Concert will be held on Monday 12-22 at 2pm.
Norman County East School 6-12th grade music program that was scheduled for Thursday, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, Dec 23rd, at 2pm at the NCE School
Fertile-Beltrami School winter choir concert now will be Friday 12-19 at 1:45pm

Norman County government offices will be closed on Thursday. All court cases scheduled for Thursday will be rescheduled to a later date and time.
The Norman County Board of Commissioners meeting scheduled for Thursday morning has been rescheduled to Tuesday, 12/23 at 9am.

Due to hazardous weather conditions, Tri-Valley Transportation Programs is pulling buses off the road in the following areas: Crookston, Bagley & Thief River Falls. These locations will be closed for the remainder of the day. For questions or updates, please call 800-201-3432.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is advising travelers that with the current weather conditions
visibility is down to zero in some areas, and with the rain from this morning some roads are glare
ice. If you do not need to travel, please stay home. We have vehicles that are pulled off the road
and stranded due to the conditions. If you get stuck and stranded, first responders might not be
able to reach you until the weather improves. If you must travel, make sure you have a winter
survival kit in your vehicle.
