Marvin Windows Meeting
WARROAD, MN—Late last week, Marvin Windows held their annual meeting in Warroad. Despite severe weather advisories and subzero temperatures, approximately 1900 employees attended the meeting at the Gardens Arena, with thousands more across the nation streaming the event live.
While much of the meeting focused on the company’s continued commitment to higher safety and quality standards, leadership also reiterated Marvin’s commitment to the communities where it operates. Marvin’s Brighter Days fund, an employee donation based fund with matches made by the Marvin Corporation to assist those in need, exceeded $1 Million since its conception 3 years ago. CEO Paul Marvin discussed how the company has–and would continue to–support their local communities in 2026:
The Marvin Companies experienced growth across many lines and products, with strategic investments made to plan for future years. Marvin says he is pleased with the company’s performance in 2025, having overcome some difficult and unexpected challenges:
The meeting concluded with the company announcing a profit share amount of $13.7 million to be dispersed among over 8,000 employees. Marvin has been conducting profit sharing since 1957, having shared more than $427 million with employees since the practice began.
