Bagley at Mahnomen/Waubun

Mahnomen/Wauben started strong getting a quick 15-5 lead, but Bagley fought back to tie things up at 20 and would take a 30-28 lead into the halftime break. The Thunderbirds began the second half the same way they did in the first and found themselves up 10 quick which is where the lead would hover around up until the 2 minute mark where Bagley cut it down to 5, but that was as close as it got. Taden Larson sealed the deal after scoring his 26th point on a fast break layup growing the lead back to 7 around the 40 seconds mark.

Brody Lhotka was a force on the boards collecting 18 rebounds to go along with 15 points for the Thunderbirds. Gavin McArthur also added 15 points.

Bagley was led by Trenton Frazier who had 21 points and 7 rebounds. Ethan Rud and Ethan Proulx both pitched in 9 points for the Flyers.

Bagley and Mahnomen/Waubun will both play in front of their home crowds when they return to action on Monday.
