Red River Valley a major force in the baked bean industry 

Baked beans are a staple in almost every midwest home, but did you know that this is made possible due to  Minnesota and North Dakota dry bean producers? Robert Loggins of Bush Beans tells us more. 

In 2022 North Dakota and Minnesota were the two largest producers of Dry Beans in the United States, with a majority of these beans being grown in the Red River Valley.
