Fosston at Ada-Borup-West

Ada-Borup-West put together a complete game in the 74-45 victory over Fosston Thursday night.   There were five lead changes in the early minutes—  with Fosston leading 8-4 ( their largest and final lead), the Cougars scored the next six points with Morgan Engel and Brianne Myers making back to back 3-point field goals and the Cougars did not look back.   Engel had 22 points in the first half, 39 for the game, Myers had 11 in the first half helping the Cougars to a 39-24 halftime lead.   Brielle Dupong had 12 of the greyhounds 24 first half points, finishing with 26 points.   The second half saw all the Cougar players get involved with execution in the half-court fueled by high energy, crisp passing, high shooting percentage and controlling the rebounds with a team defensive effort.     Ada-Borup-West is 8-7. Fosston is now 9-8.
