Fosston School to have further discussions on budget reductions 

The Fosston School Board met in regular session last week. Fosston Superintendent Todd Selk says one of the items discussed was his recent visit with local legislators about the state of education, as the 2026 legislative session kicks off later this month. 

Selk says the school board also heard an update on enrollment at their meeting as well. 

While that was all for the meeting, Selk says the Fosston School Finance Committee held their first meeting of the year last Friday, and that budget reductions were the topics of discussion.
