R & J Broadcasting, Inc is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, motivated people to join our team! We currently have multiple openings across several departments, including On-Air, Sales, Sports, and News. Whether you’re a seasoned broadcaster or someone eager to get started in radio, we’d love to hear from you.
Open Positions Include:
🎧 On-Air Talent
- Host live or recorded shows
- Engage listeners with music, conversation, and local content
- Assist with promotions, remotes, and station events
- Experience preferred, but training available for the right candidate
💼 Sales & Marketing
- Sell radio, live video, and digital advertising to local businesses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Create effective advertising solutions and campaigns
- Ideal for self-starters with strong communication skills
🏈 Sports Broadcasting
- Play-by-play and color commentary for local sports
- Assist with sports reporting and production
- Nights and weekends may be required
- Great opportunity for sports enthusiasts and aspiring broadcasters
📰 News & Content
- Gather, write, and deliver local news
- Conduct interviews and cover community events
- Strong writing and communication skills required
- Broadcast and/or digital journalism experience a plus
