It was the second time around for Hillsboro Central Valley and Thompson on the Boys Basketball schedule, and it was the Burros of Hillsboro Central Valley outlasting the Thompson Tommies 51-50. The Burros had leads of 10 points in the first half and 9 points in the second half, but in the games final 22 seconds, the Tommies had a chance to take the lead but the ball literally hung on the rim and fell off, and the Burros would hang on to win 51-50.
