LISBON, ND – Maple River topped Sargent County 45-32 in the District 1 Girls Basketball Tournament championship game on Monday night.

The Raiders outscored the Bulldogs 27-9 in the second half and were paced by Carly Hovelson with 20 points. Maple River won their second straight District 1 Tournament and is 30-1 against District 1 competition over the past 3 years.

Teegan Olson paced Sargent County with 10 points in the loss as both teams head to the Region 1B Tournament at the Jamestown Civic Center on Monday, February 23rd. You can listen to the games on yourliveevent.com with the audio only broadcasts.
