The points came fast and furious as the Clearbrook-Gonvick Bears defeated the Bagley Flyers 101-87 at Clearbrook-Gonvick on Friday night. Grant Engen led the Bears with 34 points and 11 rebounds. Engen hit six 3 pointers in the game. Ryan Gerlofs pitched in with 25 points and 10 boards as the Bears improve to 7-16 overall. The Flyers had five players in double figures and were led by Trenton Frazier with 20 points, 11 rebounds and 5 blocked shots. Ethan Proulx added 16 points with Ethan Rud scoring 15 points, Drayden Thompson 14 points (4 three pointers) and Isaiah Fox 10 points as the Flyers fall to 11-14 overall. Trey Goudge had a big night for the Bears with 19 points and was 6 for 7 at the free throw line. Bagley defeated Clearbrook-Gonvick 95-69 at Bagley back on January 19th.
