New face at the Fosston Police Department 

There’s a new face at the Fosston Police Department. Late last year Officer Ryan Skipper joined the Fosston Police Department, and he’s starting to get situated in his new position. R&J News had the opportunity to catch up with Officer Skipper, who tells us more about himself, and his law enforcement career. 

 Skipper explains what he likes about working in a rural community like Fosston. 

Despite recently hiring Skipper, Fosston Police Chief Phil Juve says he is still looking for officers to join his team at the Fosston Police Department, and he encourages anyone who’s interested to reach out.
