City of Hillsboro hoping to start Phase One of Electrical Project later this year 

Last year, the City of Hillsboro came to the decision to undergo a massive electrical project, which will be phased out over the next decade, and the city is hoping to break ground on phase one of the project later this year. Hillsboro City Auditor Casey Eggermont tells us more.
