Polk County Sheriff’s Office welcoming new K9 Bo

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office announced on Wednesday, that they are welcoming a new K9 to the department, after receiving a donation from Mac McDonough. The new K9 named Bo will be partnered with Deputy Titan Engen, and the two will be leaving for training very soon. R&J News’ Tom Lano talks with Deputy Engen about his new partner. 

Engen says he has spent a lot of time bonding with Bo, before they leave for training on Monday. 

Polk County Chief Deputy Mike Norland says the Sheriff’s Department is accepting donations to the K9, and that any donation would be appreciated.
