Sign up for firearms safety certification class near you

Gun safety is a necessity for every Minnesota hunter, and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is encouraging area students to get signed up for a gun safety class near them, as this is the time of year when many classes are held across the state. Minnesota DNR Wildlife Supervisor Rob Baden tells us more. 

If you are planning to get out and do some hunting this year, Baden says you should be on the lookout for some changes in Minnesota’s licensing system, which will make licensing in the state more convenient.
