E-Cigarettes a poison risk

Its National Poison Prevention Week, and SAFE Kids Grand Forks is warning parents and adults alike about the poison risk that comes from the use of E-Cigarettes, also known as vapes. Carma Hansen of Safe Kids Grand Forks explains.
