KINDRED, ND – Thompson scored 7 innings in the fourth inning en route to a 12-8 Class B softball win on Monday afternoon.

Kya Hurst capped off the top of the fourth inning with a grand slam as Thompson hit four home run in the contest. Abby Olson delivered a two run shot in the second inning while Fiona Hendrickson and Presley Hetletved added solo home runs.

Thompson (10-1 overall) heads to the Midseason Madness Tournament on Friday and Saturday in Fargo with the first round round matchup against Mandan.

Kindred (8-2 overall) plays Hillsboro/Central Valley on Thursday in Hillsboro for their next contest.
