R&J Broadcasting holds annual Good Student Awards Banquet 

R&J Broadcasting Inc, alongside Jacobson Body Shop in Solway held their annual Good Student Award Banquet on Sunday night. Speaking at the banquet was Jacobson Body Shop Co-owner Brooke Pond who shares a message to all area students who may be struggling with something.

Jacobson Body Shop has been the presenting sponsor of the Good Student Award for multiple years, and Pond explains why the program is something they want to be apart of. 

Jacobson Body Shop also awarded one lucky Good Student Award recipient with a scholarship, and this year’s went to Fertile Beltrami’s Breyer Strem. R&J News caught up with Strem after the ceremony, and got his reaction to winning the award, which he says will be put to good use.
