Legislative Session update with Senator Mark Johnson 

There’s approximately four weeks remaining in the Minnesota Legislative Session, which means that things are really starting to ramp up at the capital. Senate Minority Leader Mark Johnson (R-East Grand Forks) says it’s a wild time of year to be a legislator in St Paul, and that lots of legislation is being discussed, and debated on the floor each day. 

Johnson says fraud legislation continues to be a heavy priority for Republicans in the Senate, but progress has been moving slow. 

Johnson says one of the most common questions he’s asked is when accountability for fraud will happen? He says it will likely have to happen at the polls this November.
