Bonding Bill Update with RRWMB Director Rob Sip 

The Minnesota Legislative Session will be closing in under a month, but a lot of work still needs to be done, including a Bonding bill. Red River Watershed Management Board Executive Director Rob Sip says their lobbyists have been hard at work at the capital, and he tells us what they’re hearing.
