Farm raised beef or grocery store beef? What’s the difference?
In a time where misinformation is at an all time high trying to decide between store-bought beef and locally farm raised beef can often feel overwhelming and difficult, especially as there is a very noticeable difference between the two. R&J Ag Reporter and local cattle producer Nick Revier talks about the differences between the two sources.
Revier says there are also a number of economic differences between the two, that consumers will also have to weigh when it comes time to make a decision.
