Red River Watershed Management Board approves 2027 levy and budget 

The Red River Watershed Management Board (RRWMB) held their monthly meeting last week, and approved their 2027 budget and levy. RRWMB Executive Director Rob Sip is excited to announce that they are once again not raising taxes. 

Sip says the board also approved their 2027 budget. 

In other news, Sip says the board is also pursuing federal funding for some area projects, including for the Lower Wild Rice restoration project.
