Red River Valley Wheat Harvest fast approaching 

August is just about here, which means that the Red River Valley Wheat Harvest will be underway very soon. Austen Germolus of the Minnesota Wheat Growers Association says the wheat crop is progressing fast. 

Head scab is always a concern for growers this time of year, and Germolus says he is seeing some pop up, but the crop is healthy for the most part. 

Germolus says the overall quality for the Red River Valley Wheat crop is good.
