Head of Buildings & Grounds
Mahnomen Public Schools (ISD #432) is seeking applicants for a Head of Buildings & Grounds position for the
2026–2027 school year. Responsibilities include oversight of custodial, maintenance, and facility operations,
coordination of summer projects, grounds and building upkeep, safety/security support, and vendor coordination.
Qualifications:
● Experience in maintenance, facilities, or operations preferred
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively
● Class C Low-Pressure Boiler License required (or ability to obtain)

District Contracted Bus Driver
Mahnomen Public Schools is seeking applicants for district-contracted bus driver positions for the 2026–2027 school
year. Responsibilities include regular student transportation routes, activity trips, student supervision during
transportation, and maintaining safety expectations and transportation procedures.
Qualifications:
● CDL with school bus endorsement required (or ability to obtain)
● Strong safety record and communication skills
● Ability to work positively with students, staff, and families

Career & Technical Education (CTE) Teachers
Mahnomen Public Schools is seeking CTE teachers across multiple content areas for the 2026–27 school year.

Mahnomen Public Schools is seeking a full-time Special Education teacher for the 2026–27 school year. Minnesota
licensure required (or ability to obtain). Preference for candidates with experience or licensure in multiple areas (e.g.,
EBD, SLD, Early Childhood).

Physical Education / Health Teachers (K–12)
Mahnomen Public Schools is seeking a full-time Physical Education/Health teacher. Minnesota licensure required (or
ability to obtain). Experience or interest in aquatics, swimming instruction, or water safety is a plus, but not required.
