Shooting Reported In Mahnomen

MAHNOMEN, MN—The White Earth Police Department is currently investigating a shooting that occurred within the City of Mahnomen late Friday or early Saturday. The incident involved two victims. Based on the information available at this time, investigators believe this was a targeted incident, and there is no known threat to the general public. The individuals believed to be involved have been identified, and law enforcement officers are actively working to locate and apprehend them. The investigation remains active, and additional information will be released as it becomes available and when it is appropriate to do so.
