Win-E-Mac at Fosston

The Win-E-Mac Patriots scored seven runs in the 6th inning and went on to win at Fosston 9-1. Jayden Haugen, Nathaniel Spry and Kolton Schow each had two hits for Win-E-Mac as the Patriots end their regular season at 8-8. The Patriots took a 2-1 lead when they scored two runs in the fifth inning and then broke the game wide open when they sent ten batters to the plate in the sixth inning. The Greyhounds were held to only two hits with Jakob Rudie and Tanner Vig each getting a single for Fosston. The Greyhounds fall to 9-7 overall and will wrap up their regular season on Thursday with a game at Argyle against the West Marshall Fusion (11:00 am) and then a home game against Lake Park-Audubon (4:30 pm). The Section 8A Baseball Tournament begins on Tuesday, May 26th with the bracket being released on Friday.
