Redhawks’ Dykhoff Joins Orioles Organization

FARGO, ND—On Sunday morning the RedHawks organization announced that right-hander Jake Dykhoff is bound for affiliated ball after he was purchased by the Baltimore Orioles.

Dykhoff earned the American Association Pitcher of the Year Award in 2025 after boasting a league leading ERA of 1.63, making him the first qualified RedHawks pitcher with an ERA under two in team history.

The Minnesota Crookston graduate made one appearance for the RedHawks this season when he started on May 16 against the Cleburne Railroaders. In that start he threw for 6 innings and struck out 11.

Dykhoff becomes the 94th player in RedHawks team history to be transferred to an MLB organization, and the 15th since the 2020 season.
